About The Position

Diversified Management Group, Inc. (DMG) is seeking a friendly, outgoing, and positive Convenience Store Manager for its Pecos Pit Stop location. The manager oversees all convenience store operations, including checkout, merchandise layout, product inventory, daily paperwork, and maintenance. The role recruits, hires, trains, and leads store team members, builds sales, and ensures excellent customer service by creating a positive, upbeat atmosphere.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Positive and friendly demeanor.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Desire to help customers.
• Ability to obtain liquor licensure as required by state or local law.
• Ability to obtain any other applicable certifications or licenses required.
• Driver's license for daily bank deposits, as applicable.
• Commitment to excellence in customer service and DMG values.
• Some weekend and holiday availability is required.
