Haffner’s is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Store Associate to join our retail team. This position plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while maintaining a clean, safe, and fully stocked store environment.

Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, fast, and professional customer service.
Accurately process register transactions and handle cash according to company procedures.
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards.
Restock shelves, coolers, and displays to ensure products are available and presented properly.
Assist customers with questions, purchases, and store services.
Follow all alcohol, tobacco, and age-restricted sales laws and company policies.
Verify identification for applicable purchases and refuse sales when legal requirements are not met.
Follow food safety, safety, and loss prevention procedures.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate product or maintenance needs to management.
Support daily store operations and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
Help create a welcoming shopping experience for every customer.
