About The Position

Overnight Store Associate (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) Haffner’s is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Overnight Store Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and well-stocked store, and ensuring safe and compliant operations during overnight hours. Requirements

Reliable, dependable, and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

Deliver friendly, fast, and professional customer service.
Accurately process register transactions and handle cash according to company procedures.
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and appearance throughout the shift.
Stock shelves, coolers, and merchandise to ensure product availability.
Verify identification and comply with all alcohol, tobacco, and age-restricted sales laws.
Follow food safety, company policies, and loss prevention procedures.
Monitor store activity and report safety concerns, maintenance issues, or suspicious activity.
Complete assigned tasks independently and support overall store operations.
Assist with overnight cleaning, stocking, and preparation for the next business day.
