About The Position

Country Visions Cooperative is looking to hire a full-time Store Manager for our De Pere Convenience/Country store. This person will assist in the overall management of our Convenience/Country Store. This is a leadership position reporting directly to the Country Store Division Leader. Requirements

A minimum of 3 years experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry
A minimum of 1 year of proven management experience
Proven track record of building sales, increasing profits, team member development, and operational improvement
Effectively manage confidential and sensitive information
Accurate, confident and dependable
Motivated and task oriented
Excellent communication skills
Friendly, energetic and strong people skills
Basic math and computer skills
The candidate must successfully pass a background check

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all in-store functions
Maintain a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and collaboration
Assist and instruct team members with daily store operations
Help ensure customer satisfaction and retainment
Maintain store cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times
Develop retail sales growth, largely through outstanding customer service
Order and price store merchandise following proper procedures as directed by the Country Store Lead
Complete accurate and timely completion of all assigned accounting reports and forms
Ensure all precautionary procedures with respect to the protection of team members and company assets are adhered to
Set written goals annually with the Country Store Lead
Assist in implementing marketing and merchandising promotions
Develop sales-generating displays
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Country Store Lead
