About The Position
We are hiring experienced Controls Technicians to support hands-on electrical work within advanced power systems used in critical infrastructure (such as data center power solutions). This role is centered around electrical troubleshooting, wiring, and system integration—working directly on the equipment rather than design or programming.
Requirements
- Background as a Controls Technician
- Strong experience with: AC/DC wiring, VFDs, Control panels, Electrical troubleshooting
- Ability to read electrical schematics
Nice To Haves
- Experience with panel building or rebuilds highly preferred
- CAD experience is a plus, but not required
- Associate’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical troubleshooting on power system equipment
- Wire and work with AC/DC systems, VFDs, and control panels
- Assist with control panel installation, rebuilds, and modifications
- Support wiring between controllers, sensors, and power modules
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Work alongside engineering teams to resolve system-level issues
