The Controls Technician will be responsible for panel building, PLC programming, robotic programming, servo programming, and troubleshooting existing systems associated with the manufacturing processes at the Nammo Mesa site. Common types of equipment include custom automation and commercially purchased systems. Experience with wiring, robotics, PLCs, HMIs, and a strong mechanical aptitude is required. The controls technician will work directly with maintenance, mechanical engineers, tool design, I.T., and manufacturing. Projects will vary from small-scale projects to assisting in large-scale team projects. This is a hands-on position which will require constant learning.
