  • Skills in performing and documenting preventive, corrective, emergency, and predictive maintenance.
  • Ability to contribute feedback to the preventive maintenance system.
  • Capability to identify issues early, raise concerns, and participate in downtime failure analysis and problem-solving activities.

Responsibilities

  • Promote a strong Health, Safety, and Environmental culture by stopping unsafe work, reporting hazards or incidents promptly, using proper PPE, and actively looking out for the safety and well‑being of others.
  • Reduce safety and environmental risk by correcting hazards within control, participating in HSE training, and identifying opportunities to minimize environmental impact in daily work.
  • Drive quality outcomes by applying high standards of workmanship, following all process documentation and quality procedures, and performing thorough quality inspections.
  • Improve equipment reliability and uptime by performing and documenting preventive, corrective, emergency, and predictive maintenance, and contributing feedback to the preventive maintenance system.
  • Support cost and quality performance by identifying issues early, raising concerns, and participating in downtime failure analysis and problem‑solving activities.
  • Achieve production and delivery goals through skilled execution of job responsibilities, maintaining clean and orderly work areas, and completing housekeeping and equipment cleaning tasks.
