Requirements
- Experienced in troubleshooting, servicing, and maintaining BAS systems
- Comfortable performing commissioning, point-to-point checkout, and revising sequences
- Skilled in preventative maintenance, system diagnostics, and controls repairs
- Familiar with platforms such as Schneider Electric, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, or Tridium
- Strong communication abilities and collaborative team mindset
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair issues on existing Building Automation Systems
- Commission new installations and retrofit control systems according to specifications
- Modify, optimize, or rewrite BAS control sequences as needed
- Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and system evaluations
- Identify hardware issues and apply necessary firmware or software updates
- Work cross-functionally with the controls team to meet service and project goals
- Deliver responsive, customer-focused service to end users and facility teams
