About The Position

This role involves troubleshooting and supporting PC hardware and equipment used in a production environment. The technician will be responsible for tasks such as reading schematics, supporting various peripherals, general Windows PC support, and setting up new PC systems.

Requirements

• Associates degree in EET, Industrial Automation, or Mechatronics.
• 1-3 years of related experience in PC Hardware/Equipment Troubleshooting.
• Ability to read schematics.
• Peripheral support for touchscreens, thermal printers, barcode readers, etc.
• General Windows PC support for production equipment.
• Imaging and setup of new PC systems.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with thermal label printers.
• Experience with RFID systems.
• Knowledge of low voltage control systems (24v, Analog, Digital, Thermocouples, etc.).
• Point-to-point troubleshooting skills.
• General knowledge of Network Switch operation.

Responsibilities
