Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
  • 3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, or a related field required.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, electronics, mechanical systems, facilities maintenance, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Certification in maintenance, technical operations, or equipment handling, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates task sequencing and resource allocation to optimize workflow efficiency and meet service targets.
  • Monitors installation performance and system outputs to identify trends and initiate corrective actions.
  • Evaluates technical discrepancies and documentation gaps to improve controls and reduce recurrence.
  • Facilitates adherence to installation procedures and safety standards across operations.
  • Resolves complex technical issues using structured troubleshooting methods and escalates when required.
  • Instructs team members on installation practices and technical standards to improve execution quality and continuity.
