About The Position

Fluidstack is looking for a Controls Sensors Project Manager to run deployment projects for controls and sensor systems across sites. This role involves managing scope, schedule, vendors, and field execution. The successful candidate will coordinate the installation and integration of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) sensors, meters, and control hardware with construction and commissioning efforts. A key part of the role is owning vendor relationships, including procurement handoff, delivery timing, and providing field support. The Project Manager will be responsible for tracking each site's controls scope to completion, ensuring punch lists are resolved.

Requirements

Project-managed controls, instrumentation, or low-voltage systems installation on industrial or data center sites.
Experience managing electricians, integrators, and vendors to meet deadlines without direct authority over them.
Ability to read one-lines, points lists, and network drawings to identify scope gaps.
Experience recovering slipping installations without negatively impacting the team.
Proven ability to close punch lists through daily drive and follow-up.

Nice To Haves

Experience with BMS and EPMS platforms.
Experience in data center construction.
Experience with commissioning coordination.
PMP or equivalent certification.
