The Controls Project Manager serves as the on-site project leader to plan, execute, and complete projects with assigned customers in a safe and cost-effective manner. This includes managing hardware design, system programming, installation coordination, system and network commissioning, and project closeout. The role is responsible for the overall financial outcomes of assigned projects, including costs, billings, and collections, while maintaining customer satisfaction and profitability. The position also involves proactively seeking change orders and facilitating communication with the customer throughout all project phases, ensuring effective warranty execution and providing work direction to subcontractors and other staff as required. Upholding the highest ethical standards and ensuring compliance with the AHJ and legal requirements, as well as all safety protocols, is paramount.
