Premier Service Company is seeking an experienced Controls HVAC Technician for installation work on landmark projects. Requirements

3+ years of commercial HVAC experience
Commercial installation preferred
BAS/controls experience preferred
EPA 608 Universal Certification required
Solid understanding of electrical systems and low-voltage wiring
Ability to read mechanical drawings without being walked through them
You show up on time, work clean, and take pride in every system you commission
Valid driver's license
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

Experience with Trane, Carrier, Johnson Controls, Honeywell, or similar control platforms
Strong commercial tech background (if no direct controls experience, training is available)

Responsibilities

Install RTUs, AHUs, split systems, VAV/VRF systems, chillers, boilers, ERVs, MAUs, and commercial refrigeration equipment
Install, program, and troubleshoot HVAC control systems, sensors, actuators, and BAS interfaces where applicable
Read and build from full mechanical construction drawings and equipment submittals
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and controls-related failures
Lead small crews on assigned scopes on large, active project sites
Work to applicable mechanical codes and ASHRAE standards
