Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in HVAC, electrical, or controls installation; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, hand tools, power tools, and job site safety practices
  • Ability to read and interpret basic diagrams, schematics, and blueprints is a plus
  • Willingness to learn building automation systems (BAS) and HVAC controls
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to follow directions and work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials, tools, and equipment as required
  • Commitment to safety, reliability, and continuous learning

Responsibilities

  • Support senior installers and technicians with system layout, assembly, and HVAC controls integration
  • Pull wire, mount devices, and perform basic terminations under supervision
  • Assist with testing, startup, troubleshooting, and verification of system functionality
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in a clean, organized, and safe manner
  • Follow all safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations while on job sites
  • Document work performed and provide updates to supervisors as required
  • Learn and apply basic concepts related to building automation systems (BAS) and HVAC controls
  • Assist in ensuring installations meet quality standards, project specifications, and timelines
  • Coordinate effectively with team members and other trades on active job sites
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of the operations and installation team
