About The Position

It is a hands-on engineering position involving mechanical systems, electronics, controls, software integration, testing, and manufacturing. The engineer will develop products that address customer challenges and are used by leading boat manufacturers in North America.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
- Experience developing electromechanical products.
- Strong problem-solving and hands-on engineering skills.
- CAD experience and a passion for product innovation.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment where your ideas matter.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative electromechanical products.
- Improve and expand our powered Bimini technology platform.
- Work with motors, actuators, sensors, electronics, and user-interface systems.
- Build prototypes and validate designs through rigorous testing.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and OEM customers.
- Bring new products from concept to production.
