About The Position

The client is located in the Annapolis, MD area and has an opportunity for a Controls Engineer. This role involves working as a Controls Engineer for a client in the Water/Wastewater industry. The position is responsible for using Allen Bradley and Autocad to design and program PLCs from scratch. This is a temp-to-possible-perm position.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience using Allen Bradley to program PLCs from scratch.
• Experience with Autocad for board layout design.
• Experience with one of the following: RSLogix, Control Logix, Modicon, Unity, GE Fanuc PLC.
• Knowledge and design of instrumentation application in terms of level, flow, analytical, and pressure measurement.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelors Degree is preferred but not a requirement.
• SCADA experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and program PLCs from scratch using Allen Bradley.
