About The Position

Are you an Electrical Controls Engineer with a passion for Industrial Automation? Join our North America team and lead the electrical engineering portion of new equipment and TIPS/MODS (converting, packaging, and fold). You will be the technical lead for customizing hardware and software solutions while maintaining global standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or equivalent industrial experience.
• Deep knowledge of Electrical Control Packages (Rockwell & Siemens) and pneumatic systems.
• Proficiency in SAP and electrical schematic software (E3/Eplan preferred).
• Strong root cause analysis, project management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in the Tissue/Converting industry is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop PLC/HMI software using Rockwell (Allen-Bradley) and Siemens platforms.
• Create job-specific electrical schematics and Bills of Materials (BOM) using E3, Promis, or Eplan.
• Provide technical feasibility for Sales and resolve software/engineering issues for technicians.
• Design and promote electrical upgrades for legacy platforms.
• Travel up to 25% to customer sites for installations and design reviews.
