About The Position

Join a growing automation team where you'll work directly alongside an Advanced level Controls Engineer on projects that improve manufacturing operations across multiple facilities. This role offers a hybrid schedule, providing flexibility to work remotely while staying engaged with hands-on controls, automation, and plant support activities.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of industrial automation or controls engineering experience
  • Experience with PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and Rockwell/Allen-Bradley platforms
  • Familiarity with Ignition SCADA and industrial manufacturing environments
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to read electrical schematics
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on increasing project responsibility

Responsibilities

  • Support PLC, HMI, and SCADA automation projects from design through commissioning
  • Develop and troubleshoot Ignition SCADA applications, reporting, and controls systems
  • Diagnose and resolve production issues while driving continuous process improvements
  • Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams on automation initiatives
  • Gain exposure to full project lifecycles and modern industrial control technologies
