As the Controls Engineer I, you will play a key role in advancing the clean energy revolution. This role involves developing, programming, testing, and troubleshooting PLC-based control systems and related automation components. You will contribute to the development of new control systems for solar tracker products, implement new algorithms and features, and develop and maintain control logic, industrial communications, and field device integration for tracker systems. You will also work with stakeholders to deploy, validate, and test systems at operating solar sites, investigate and resolve failures, and support prototype development, field testing, commissioning, and performance evaluations. Creating and maintaining documentation, reporting project status, and occasional travel for field support are also key aspects of this position.
