About The Position
ZipStaff is hiring a Controls Engineer 2 for a global heavy-equipment manufacturer. This onsite role is based in Tucson, Arizona, and involves diagnosing and resolving issues in complex control-related systems. The engineer will communicate technical findings clearly and contribute as a reliable member of a cross-functional engineering team. The position is a contract engagement lasting 18+ months.
Requirements
- Strong Windows computer literacy for day-to-day engineering and troubleshooting work.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues in complex systems.
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time-management skills.
