About The Position
This role is for a Controls, Automation & Electrical Technician on the 3rd shift, working an alternative work schedule from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM. The position offers a competitive base pay plus a shift differential, totaling $38.50/hour, with potential for more based on experience. The company is a fast-growing food and beverage manufacturer known for its ready-to-serve products.
Requirements
- 2+ years in industrial automation, controls, or electrical systems.
- PLC programming/troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley preferred).
- Experience with instrumentation, schematics, and motion control.
- Strong safety focus and teamwork mindset.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Beckhoff, Fanuc, or vision systems.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and robotic systems.
- Diagnose and repair electrical wiring, sensors, and instrumentation.
- Support automation upgrades, commissioning, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with safety and FDA standards.
