Requirements
- 3+ years in Finance / Controlling
- Experience with product costing
- SAP experience preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to influence decisions

- Manufacturing exposure is a plus
Responsibilities
- Be the financial voice at the plant level, partnering directly with operations and the Controller
- Drive real cost savings initiatives that impact margins and decision-making
- Own product costing and pricing support, influencing how products go to market
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis tied to operational performance
- Analyze materials, labor, freight, and scrap to uncover opportunities
- Support leadership with clear, actionable financial insights
