About The Position

As an AUMOVIO Controlling Analyst for Automotive Aftermarket and OES, you will be responsible for product costing, along with the creation of various costing standards that will be used. In addition, you will assist in Business Case development and analysis based on those standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, management, or a similar discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in controlling, finance, accounting or a similar discipline.
• Knowledge in SAP and advanced experience in Excel and PowerBi required.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment with specific attention to detail and accuracy.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job posting.

• Experience in the automotive market / aftermarket preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Controlling Team with the annual budget and monthly forecasting processes, including uploading of actual, budget and forecast financial data in FRAME.
• Support month-end closing (processing SAP transactions, posting journal entries and various reconciliations) and necessary yearend activities (e.g. costing and inventory related transactions, analysis of variations, fix costs, balance sheet items and assisting in annual financial audits).
• Prepare and analyze Controlling and Management KPI PowerBI and/or SAP reports on a monthly basis, as well as creating special reports as required.
• Adapt to conflicting deadlines and priorities established by company demands.
• Perform other duties/assignments as directed by the Controlling Supervisor.
