Requirements

Financial Expertise – Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
GAAP & Regulatory Knowledge – Deep understanding of accounting principles and compliance
Analytical Mindset – Ability to translate numbers into strategy
ERP Systems & Financial Software Experience – NetSuite ERP preferred
Manufacturing & Cost Accounting Experience – Understanding of financial operations in a manufacturing environment
Leadership & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to manage processes, teams, and develop standards
CPA or relevant certification preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Ability to travel 10-15% as needed

Responsibilities

Oversee the preparation of complete, accurate, and timely financial statements
Ensure data integrity for planning, forecasting, and decision-making
Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights
Compile and analyze financial reporting packages for leadership and investors
Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, supporting company growth initiatives
Develop and manage internal financial controls to ensure compliance and efficiency
Communicate key financial metrics to senior management
Provide leadership and support to AR and AP teams
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax and legal requirements
Maintain a high level of accountability, integrity, and professionalism
Ability to work flexible hours when necessary to meet financial deadlines
