Your Role: Corporate Controller As the Corporate Controller, you will oversee the financial backbone of MKB, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning. Requirements

  • Financial Expertise – Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • GAAP & Regulatory Knowledge – Deep understanding of accounting principles and compliance
  • Analytical Mindset – Ability to translate numbers into strategy
  • ERP Systems & Financial Software Experience – NetSuite ERP preferred
  • Manufacturing & Cost Accounting Experience – Understanding of financial operations in a manufacturing environment
  • Leadership & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to manage processes, teams, and develop standards
  • CPA or relevant certification preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Ability to travel 10-15% as needed

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation of complete, accurate, and timely financial statements
  • Ensure data integrity for planning, forecasting, and decision-making
  • Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights
  • Compile and analyze financial reporting packages for leadership and investors
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, supporting company growth initiatives
  • Develop and manage internal financial controls to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Communicate key financial metrics to senior management
  • Provide leadership and support to AR and AP teams
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax and legal requirements
  • Maintain a high level of accountability, integrity, and professionalism
  • Ability to work flexible hours when necessary to meet financial deadlines
