About The Position

As a Controller, you will take the reins of our financial operations, overseeing accounting systems for multiple restaurant locations. You will lead and mentor a high-performing accounting team, provide comprehensive financial updates to senior management to guide critical operational and growth decisions, manage internal safeguards for revenue, costs, and budgets, and ensure financial systems are running at peak efficiency. Additionally, you will streamline payroll processes and ensure multi-unit tax compliance across all local and national regulations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional accounting experience, with a mandatory background in the multi-unit restaurant industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Robust proficiency with restaurant-specific financial platforms—specifically Restaurant365 and Toast (highly preferred).
• Exceptional leadership, financial analysis, and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage banking processes and revenue forecasting.

Nice To Haves

• CPA certification is strongly preferred.
