About The Position

Join Wilo and support two growing operations within the Wilo Region Americas organization — American-Marsh Pumps and QuantumFlo. We are seeking a strategic and operationally focused Controller to lead financial operations, manufacturing accounting, reporting, controls, forecasting, and business partnership initiatives across both facilities. This role is highly visible within the organization and serves as a key partner to Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • 7–10 years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong background in: Manufacturing accounting, Cost accounting, Inventory management, Forecasting and budgeting, Financial analysis, ERP systems
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • MBA, CPA, or CMA strongly preferred
  • Multi-site manufacturing experience preferred
  • SAP experience strongly preferred
  • Manufacturing KPI development and reporting

Responsibilities

  • Lead all accounting and financial reporting activities for AMP and QuantumFlo operations
  • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with accuracy and timeliness
  • Prepare executive-level financial reporting packages, dashboards, variance analysis, and operational KPI reporting
  • Support strategic planning through budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial analysis
  • Partner directly with plant leadership to improve operational performance and profitability
  • Present financial results, trends, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership
  • Lead all plant accounting and manufacturing finance activities, including: Inventory valuation, Standard costing, Manufacturing variances, Labor and overhead analysis, Margin analysis, Cycle counts and inventory controls
  • Develop financial visibility into quoting, production efficiency, inventory management, and product costing
  • Support ERP optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations
  • Monitor working capital performance, inventory turns, and cash flow initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, company policies, and audit requirements
  • Coordinate internal and external audits
  • Develop and maintain accounting policies and process documentation
  • Support operational transformation, process improvements, and business integration initiatives
  • Drive a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
