About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on Controller with strong ERP experience to lead all accounting and financial operations for a cosmetics OEM/ODM manufacturing company. This role will focus heavily on cost accounting, inventory control, and financial reporting within an ERP-driven environment. The ideal candidate has a strong manufacturing background and is experienced in leveraging ERP systems to improve financial visibility, operational efficiency, and reporting accuracy.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
10+ years of accounting experience, with strong manufacturing background
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting
Experience with GAAP and audit processes
Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capability
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

CPA preferred
Experience in cosmetics, personal care, or OEM/ODM manufacturing
Experience with system implementations or ERP optimization
Exposure to multi-entity or multi-location environments

Responsibilities

Oversee all accounting functions including GL, AR/AP, payroll, and financial reporting
Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes within ERP systems
Ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
Lead cost accounting processes including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation
Maintain and optimize ERP system usage for accounting, inventory, and reporting functions
Partner with operations, supply chain, and production teams to ensure accurate cost tracking
Analyze manufacturing costs including labor, materials, and overhead
Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models
Strengthen internal controls and support audits
Improve reporting processes and automate workflows using ERP capabilities
Support pricing strategies with accurate cost data
