About The Position

Requirements

• Completed studies (Business Administration, Business Informatics, etc.) with a focus on Controlling/Finance or a comparable, data-driven education.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in controlling.
• Excel is your natural habitat. Furthermore, you have a strong interest in AI applications and possess initial practical experience with BI tools like Tableau or data queries via SQL.
• You think entrepreneurially, love structure, and don't lose sight of the big picture even in dynamic phases.
• Fluent communication in German and English (both at C1 level).

Responsibilities

• You are the analytical sparring partner for our Sales team. You independently develop planning logics and uncover untapped profitability potentials.
• You analyze complex data sources, implement KPIs, and create a sound basis for decision-making for our management.
• You optimize our internal tools, key figures, and systems. You create rolling forecasts and proactive deviation analyses – including recommendations for action.
• As our sparring partner in the area of invoicing, you support the team while accompanying the further development of billing automation.
• Thanks to you, results are substantiated and deviations are identified.
