As the Controlled Insurance Program (CIP) Coordinator, you will be responsible for strategic oversight, internal coordination, and financial performance of Walbridge’s CCIP and compliance with the requirements of Owner Controlled Insurance Programs the enterprise is enrolled in. This role serves as the primary point of accountability for CIP administration, working closely with executive leadership, including the CFO and General Counsel, to ensure effective program governance, compliance, cost control, and alignment with project delivery and business development objectives. This position is ideal for a risk management professional with strong financial acumen who thrives in a cross-functional, project-driven environment and can translate complex insurance and financial data into clear, actionable insights for project teams and leadership.
