Requirements

• Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Control Technician or similar role.
• Strong understanding of control systems, PLCs, and instrumentation.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot control systems and equipment.
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on control systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize system performance.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately.
• Assist in the development and implementation of control system upgrades.
• Provide technical support and training to team members as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
