About The Position

Help power the rides, attractions, and experiences that create unforgettable family memories. We're looking for a hands-on Controls Technician to join our Technical Services team. If you enjoy troubleshooting electrical, automation, or control systems and solving technical challenges, this could be the role for you.

Requirements

• Electrical, controls, automation, maintenance, industrial, or technical experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Outlook, and Teams
• Willingness to learn new technologies and systems

Nice To Haves

• PLC experience (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Beckhoff)
• Industrial networking
• Audio/visual systems
• IT or networking experience

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair ride control and electrical systems
• Troubleshoot PLCs, automation equipment, electrical components, and networking systems
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on rides and attractions
• Read schematics, technical drawings, and maintenance procedures
• Partner with Ride Maintenance Technicians to ensure attractions operate safely and efficiently
• Document work through our maintenance management system
• Support special events and attraction technology across the park
