About The Position
Provides technical support for the operation and maintenance of University’s automation and data acquisition systems to ensure continuous, effective temperature and humidity control in University’s buildings. Monitors and analyzes data collected for accuracy and makes recommendations for energy savings. Repairs, calibrates, modifies and upgrades electronics, instrumentation and programming for proper, efficient and accurate operation of the automation and data acquisition systems.
Requirements
- High School
- 5 years on maintenance of mechanical equipment and at least two years on computerized controls.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, electronic and pneumatic systems and controls and networking principles.
- Computer literacy with written and oral skills.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a small or large team.
