About The Position

We are seeking a Control Systems Team Lead. This person will provide team leadership, resource planning, project planning and budgeting in the Design, development, and enhancement of engine and aftertreatment systems to optimize products and system.

Requirements

  • Requires a degree in an accredited Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Agriculture) or Computer Science curriculum.
  • Extensive Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques to ensure clear understanding; ability to use summarization and simplification techniques to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language appropriate to the audience.
  • Working Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
  • Working Knowledge of effective advisory methods and ability to provide valued information and advice to clients regarding products, technologies, services, and solutions for a specific technology domain.
  • Working Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
  • Extensive Knowledge of embedded systems and their applications; ability to develop embedded systems with varying levels of complexity to control the operations of the machine it is embedded within.

Responsibilities

  • Provides team leadership, project planning, budgeting, and resource planning in Designing advanced electrical control systems and integrating electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Provides team leadership, project planning, budgeting, and resource planning in Designing and implementing software and procedures to control and enhance electro-mechanical systems and mechatronic devices performance
  • Providing team leadership, project planning, budgeting, and resource planning in Designing and prototyping mechatronic devices with motors, solenoids, gears, sensors, and springs.
  • Provide resources, budget, and project planning in identifying and addressing areas of product weakness in finished products
