About The Position

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Valid driver's license and clear driving record required.
High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
Strong computer / technology skills needed.
Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner.
Must be able to utilize multiple systems simultaneously to maintain situational awareness.
Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

Nice To Haves

Prior security control room experience preferred.
Customer service background preferred.
Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus!!

Responsibilities

Receive and log incoming calls for service; determine nature, location, and priority of call. Enter information in dispatch system and contact appropriate emergency responders.
Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
Answer all emergency and non-emergency phone lines including calls from mobile phones and patrols.
Handle requests from field personnel/officers for tows, ambulances, fire, special equipment, or service resolution needs.
Perform access control at security entrances / exits.
Conduct patrols inside / outside the client’s premises, potentially in various weather conditions and in different types of terrain.
Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
Provide detailed written reports.
Work in a team environment to ensure site / organizational goals are achieved daily.
Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.
