About The Position

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Valid driver's license and clear driving record required.
  • High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
  • Strong computer / technology skills needed.
  • Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner.
  • Must be able to utilize multiple systems simultaneously to maintain situational awareness.
  • Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
  • All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior security control room experience preferred.
  • Customer service background preferred.
  • Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus!!

Responsibilities

  • Receive and log incoming calls for service; determine nature, location, and priority of call. Enter information in dispatch system and contact appropriate emergency responders.
  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
  • Answer all emergency and non-emergency phone lines including calls from mobile phones and patrols.
  • Handle requests from field personnel/officers for tows, ambulances, fire, special equipment, or service resolution needs.
  • Perform access control at security entrances / exits.
  • Conduct patrols inside / outside the client’s premises, potentially in various weather conditions and in different types of terrain.
  • Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
  • Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
  • Provide detailed written reports.
  • Work in a team environment to ensure site / organizational goals are achieved daily.
  • Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.
