The Control Room Operator (CRO) is responsible for monitoring and controlling aggregate plant operations from a centralized control system. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a safe work environment by ensuring all plant processes operate within established safety, environmental, and operational standards while achieving efficient and continuous production. Safety is the top priority in this role, and the CRO is accountable for proactively identifying hazards, responding to abnormal conditions, and coordinating with plant personnel to prevent incidents and always ensure safe plant operation. All newly hired employees are required to attend New Hire Orientation and Safety Training in person at our Corporate Office located in Dallas, Texas. Attendance is mandatory and is a condition of employment. To support employees traveling to attend training, mileage and approved travel expenses will be reimbursed for individuals whose commute to the Dallas Corporate Office exceeds 50 miles, in accordance with company travel and reimbursement policies. Additional details regarding travel arrangements and reimbursement procedures will be provided prior to the training date.
