Requirements
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Basic computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- one to three months related experience and/or training preferred.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for plant safety by observing persons entering your work area, asking if you can assist them and reporting unauthorized persons to your supervisor.
- Attend training as required or approved by supervisor.
- Monitor control room panels; monitor and assist the mill operation; processing information by sending and receiving messages dealing with the Parboil operations.
- Performing daily paperwork necessary to insure smooth operation.
- Contact supervisor or machine operators of any conditions which, if left unattended, could inhibit the smooth operation of the mill operations.
- Reset equipment in the electrical room.
- Assist in any area as assigned by supervisor.
- Wear personal protection equipment.
- Work safely.
- Any other duties assigned by manager.
