About The Position

This position is for a Control Room Officer responsible for observing and reporting activities and incidents at an assigned client site, ensuring the security and safety of client property and personnel. The role involves frequent sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods, potentially including climbing stairs and navigating uneven terrain. Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds may be required.

Requirements

• Previous CCTV experience.
• Previous alarm monitoring experience.
• Previous dispatching experience.
• 2-3 years of data center security experience.
• 2-3 years of control room operator experience.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Control Room Officer.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site.
• Provide for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Perform frequent sitting, standing, and walking for long periods.
• Climb stairs and walk up inclines and on uneven terrain.
• Perform occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
