The team member in this position accurately maintains daily, weekly and monthly inventory levels in the WMS while maintaining proper inventory rotation and storage. This role navigates through an advanced ERP System in order to successfully execute all daily aspects of the “Inbound & Outbound” inventory operations. The associate will create purchase orders, process recycle and destruction loads, and ensure all finished goods, raw materials and sub-assembly components are maintained as per established guidelines and procedures. They will also process all non-conforming material in Agile and coordinate with all involved parties to ensure accurate inbound receipts, intercompany transfers, and RMA’s. This position is responsible for verifying true time inventory transaction records in the company’s ERP system and completing Oracle transaction activities from Receiving into Inventory, WIP, or Non-Conforming inventories. The role is responsible for the integrity and accuracy of all inventories by performing daily audits and maintaining a comprehensive Cycle Count program, as well as completing Oracle transaction activities associated with material movements. The associate will maintain and compute inventory balance by running and preparing reports of inventory balances, shortages and discrepancies, and organize the warehouse for efficient storage and material distribution per supervisor instructions. They will also be responsible for identifying expired inventory disposition (SLOB) and maintaining product rotation and storage disciplines (FIFO). This role requires interaction and maintaining positive relationships with all levels of leadership and accomplishing special projects and other assignments/duties as required by management. Compliance with all safety rules and regulations, GMP’s and all Niagara policies and procedures is essential, along with establishing and maintaining high standards for quality, housekeeping and productivity.
