About The Position

Arcosa Aggregates is a leading producer and distributor of construction materials, committed to building stronger communities through the infrastructure that supports them. We are currently seeking a Control/Process Operator to join our Streetman, TX facility. Arcosa Lightweight is a leading producer and distributor in the Western and Southwestern U.S. of lightweight and natural aggregates, including expanded shale and clay, crushed stone, sand and gravel, asphalt rock, and other products.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical aptitude with willingness to learn new skills
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read and complete required documentation

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
• Forklift, manlift, or loader experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor process equipment safely and efficiently
• Operate overhead cranes to move materials within process areas
• Perform quality checks, water testing, and material sampling
• Conduct basic preventive maintenance on assigned equipment
• Maintain mobile equipment such as loaders, forklifts, and manlifts
• Communicate equipment or process issues promptly to supervision
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety requirements and actively support safety improvement initiatives
• Perform additional duties as assigned
