About The Position

As a Control/Process Operator, you will set up and operate computer numerical controlled (CNC) machinery that automatically heats, mills, cuts, forms, drills, broaches, or reams metal or processed material parts. You will troubleshoot and correct faulty programming, and make general decisions regarding quality, tolerances, and operation sequences. A Control/Process Operator will be able to proficiently read blueprints and tape measure. You will observe all standard safety practices and maintain and complete all required records. May also be involved in safety committees or initiatives. Will perform other duties as assigned. Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience
  • Ability to proficiently read blueprints
  • Ability to read tape measure
  • Ability to perform all essential functions safely and efficiently
  • Ability to follow directions and maintain a professional work environment
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment
  • Regular and predictable attendance
