We are looking for a Control Center Operations Specialist to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to the Manager, Technical Support, Control Center Operations and based in San Jose, CA.

Requirements

  • Positive can do attitude
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced work environment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter that shows the ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
  • Analytical and proficient in MS Office
  • 24/7 operations in rotating shift schedule
  • High School or Community college education

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and troubleshoot system installations at our customer sites
  • Respond to system alarms and complete system actions
  • Maintaining detailed logs of events and troubleshooting
  • Analyze and identify cause of system issues, supporting our Field Service Technicians remotely with system troubleshooting efforts
  • Escalating complex issues to supervisors and other groups
