Update and issue Internal Orders for accurate labor charging. Collect data and produce monthly Cost/Schedule Variance reports and forecasts. Requirements

  • Must be familiar with Earned Value Management concepts and application
  • BA/BS degree in Aviation Program Management, Business Management, Finance, or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Self-directing personality. Must be proactive, willing to investigate solutions/answers and drive results
  • Familiar with AC-6386 Program Performance Management - (PPM) Implementation as it applies to the F-22 and F-35 Programs
  • Willing to take, or have already taken PPM (CAM) 101 training course
  • Familiarity with ETC updates, VAR authoring, BCR processing, Project schedule and cost baselining, IWAD structure, EV techniques, Work Scope definition, Budget Master Targets, and Control Account / Work Package structures
  • Experience with Proposal and BOE (Basis of Estimate Development)
  • Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
  • Vemo experience
