About The Position

You will be the Sustainment Control Account Manager - Level 3 for the Supply Operations team which is responsible for managing control account portfolios supporting F‑22 FASTeR and F‑35 AVSC programs. In this role, you manage the cost, schedule, and technical scope for multiple control accounts for material and labor tied to any of the following areas: Repairs, Spares, Mod Programs, Provisioning, 3PL Warehousing, and others. In this role as a CAM, you develop status, forecasting values, update schedules, and provide management financial information to make effective decisions. You will also ensure positive Earned Value Management System (EVMS) measures are maintained. What You Will Be Doing As a Sustainment Control Account Manager - Level 3, your responsibilities will include: Manage cost, schedule, and technical scope for control accounts covering repairs, spares, modification programs, provisioning, 3PL warehousing, and related activities. Develop status reports, forecasts, schedule updates, and provide senior management with financial insights for effective decision‑making. Prepare Comprehensive Estimate at Complete (CEAC), conduct variance analysis, and present findings to CDS Supply and Integration Office leadership. Lead IFG proposal integration as an IFG Proposal Integrator: coordinating technical statements of work and supporting F‑35 AVSC, F‑16 SSOW, and other contract proposals. Present EVMS status briefings to senior leadership and ensure positive Earned Value Management System measures are maintained. Who You Are You are a seasoned control account professional with deep experience in aerospace sustainment programs. You bring strong financial analysis, schedule management, and EVMS expertise, and you excel at communicating complex data to senior leaders. Your collaborative style enables you to partner across engineering, supply chain, and data management teams to deliver results on time and within budget. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
  • Experience with project management and earned value management techniques (i.e. schedule and time management, managing budgets, working to deadlines).
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: - Business Administration - Supply Chain Management or Logistics - Finance - Proposal Authoring and Basis of Estimate writing - Performance Based Logistics (PBL) - Inventory Management
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
  • The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior Cost Account Management / EVMS Experience (CAM 101 Certified).
  • APTS (Aeronautics Proposal Tool) Experience.
  • SAP Proficiency.
  • MS Office Skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access, Teams).
  • Supply Performance Based Logistics contracts experience.
  • Experience with APTS, Contracts, Proposals.
  • Desire to enhance program management skills including communication, the ability to deal with unforeseen challenges, and building strong relationships.
