About The Position

The Assemblies of God National Office is a nonprofit religious organization seeking a Contributor Services Processor I. This role involves entering and processing contributions, maintaining data integrity, researching designations and balances, and correcting errors. The position requires a willingness to learn new tasks and be cross-trained, as well as handling sensitive data with confidentiality. All positions are on-site in Springfield, Missouri.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Previous office experience
• PC Skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
• Good math skills and 10-key experience
• Good concentration and attention to detail
• Customer service skills
• General office skills

Responsibilities

• Enter and process contributions
• Maintain data integrity
• Research designations and balances
• Correct errors (own errors or those of other team members)
