About The Position

The Contrast Media Clinical Specialist provides industry leading support across GE HealthCare’s Iodinated and Gadolinium product portfolios. The primary responsibilities of this specialist are to act as clinical “voice of the customer”, deliver education to customers in large and small group settings, and provide clinical product support to customers. Cross-functionally, you will work closely with Key Account Managers, Strategic Directors, and other internal stakeholders. Our Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) business is the number one global supplier of contrast media and molecular imaging agents used to enhance medical imaging exams. Used throughout all major disease area diagnostic and treatment pathways, PDx products support three patients every second around the world.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5+ years of experience selling to health systems and/or hospitals; OR High School Diploma/GED & 8 years of experience selling pharmaceuticals and/or equipment to health systems and/or hospitals; OR Bachelor's Degree & a graduate of GE HealthCare CLP.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as within a team
  • Customer contact experience in various situations
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree & minimum 1 year of GE Healthcare Inside Sales experience
  • Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) or global equivalent
  • Contrast Media application experience
  • MRI, X-ray, CT, Cath Lab or Nuclear Medicine experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical support for the development of gadolinium and iodinated Contrast Media.
  • Apply knowledge of clinical MR, CT, IR, and Cath Lab to support all key internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with trials, implementation, training, relative to iodinated and gadolinium Contrast Media.
  • Demonstrate effective presentation skills in diverse settings from one-on-one to formal large group situations, in-person and virtually
