OWT Global LLC is seeking a Contracts Specialist to provide full lifecycle contracts administration support from our Massachusetts location. This role will manage contract documentation, modifications, compliance, and correspondence for federal and DoD contracts while coordinating closely with program, finance, procurement, and security teams. Role is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Contracts, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of contracts administration experience supporting DoD or federal government contracts.
  • Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and standard government contracting practices.
  • Active Secret clearance; U.S. Citizen.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with multiple contract types (FFP, CPFF, T&M, IDIQ, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and contract management systems.
  • Prior experience in a defense contractor or small business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Administer assigned contracts from award through closeout, including modifications, options, and change orders.
  • Review and interpret contract terms, conditions, and requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare and submit contractual correspondence, notifications, and deliverables.
  • Track contract funding, period of performance, and key milestones.
  • Coordinate with program managers, finance, procurement, and technical staff on contractual matters.
  • Support proposal efforts by reviewing terms and conditions and preparing contractual volumes as needed.
  • Maintain accurate contract files and ensure audit readiness.
  • Identify and escalate contractual risks or issues to leadership.
  • Assist with subcontract flow downs and related documentation.
