About The Position
This is an exciting opportunity for law students to gain valuable in-house legal experience at a large software and SaaS company. The Legal Associates will work with a team of 4 – 6 legal associates, as well as directly with Vertafore’s Chief Legal Counsel, Senior Corporate Counsel, Senior Legal Counsel, and Senior Paralegal. The primary focus of the Legal Associate will be to review various types of legal contracts in connection with Vertafore’s implementation of a new state-of-the-art contract management system.
Requirements
- Must have strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in software and technology and the workings of an in-house legal team.
