About The Position

This is a Contract position based out of Shoreview, MN. The Contract Specialist Associate is responsible for assisting with managing and maintaining low risk supply, equipment, equipment maintenance and/or standard purchased service contracts in the current contract system; executing agreements; price activating group purchasing organization (GPO) contracts; and other contract administrative tasks as assigned. The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. This is a fully remote position.

Requirements

Associate Degree or paralegal is acceptable.
3 years of contract experience.
Computer skills.
Analytical skills.
Flexible interpersonal and communication skills.
Organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree
5 years of progressive experience in contract experience

Responsibilities

Organize, sort through Company contracts and upload any agreements to the current contract system.
Track agreements and provide reporting on status of contracts as needed.
Data entry.
Working in excel spreadsheet.
Contract administrative duties.
Assist with managing and maintaining low risk supply, equipment, equipment maintenance and/or standard purchased service contracts in the current contract system.
Execute agreements.
Price activate group purchasing organization (GPO) contracts.
Other contract administrative tasks as assigned.
