About The Position
Contracts Manager is responsible for supporting a high-volume healthcare contracting organization during a period of growth and process transformation. This individual will function as a strategic partner to the Contracts Leader and will be responsible for contract review, redlining, negotiation support, documentation development, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Healthcare industry contracting experience
- Experience with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs)
- Experience with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs)
- Experience with Medical device or healthcare suppliers
- RFI and RFP management experience
- Process improvement and documentation experience
- Power BI exposure
- Experience using AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot
- Experience working without a formal CLM system
