About The Position
The Contracts Manager is an exciting opportunity reviewing, analyzing, drafting and negotiating MultiCare contracts to accomplish business goals and objectives. In this dynamic role, you will apply your contract expertise as you identify and evaluate data and drivers.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Law degree (JD), or Healthcare Administration (MHA).
- Minimum two (2) years of directly related experience developing, implementing, operating or maintaining analytics for contract processes and/or business support required.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and review complex Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and RFP responses, as needed.
- Review, prepare and draft complex vendor, business associate agreement, non-disclosure agreement, provider, and/or physician contracts including, and compliance with relevant state and federal laws, the Joint Commission, and CMS in accordance with company policy, and specifications.
- Perform and sometimes leads contract negotiation and manage contract administration.
- Provide both strategic and tactical support to the leadership and business teams.
